Er moeten geen grote stukken kip meer inzitten, maar je hoeft er ook geen farce er van te maken!! Vorm mooie dunne patties van het kipgehaktmengsel van maximaal 6~7 mm dik. Doe deze op een met keukenfolie bedekte kunststof snijplank (of bord) en dek vervolgens af met een volgend velletje folie. Doe deze op een met keukenfolie bedekte kunststof snijplank (of bord) en dek vervolgens af met een volgend velletje folie. Leg de patties minimaal anderhalf uur in de vriezer om op te stijven.\r\n\r\nKipburgers maken:\r\nMeng de droge ingredi\u00ebnten voor het beslag en bestuif hiermee de patties. Zorg dat deze volledig bedekt zijn.\r\n\r\nVoeg nu het ijswater toe en meng dit tot een beslag. (Zorg dat het water ijskoud is en meng niet te lang. Dit om glutenvorming te voorkomen en het laagje zo knapperig mogelijk te krijgen!)\u00a0\r\n\r\nHaal de patties door het beslag en frituur deze in olie van 175\u00b0C voor minstens 5 minuten. Het is rauwe kip, dus goed doorverhitten!\r\n\r\nRooster\u00a0 een paar hamburgerbroodjes en besmeer deze met de Saus. Naar smaak eventueel wat ijsbergsla.
