Hierdoor ontwikkelen de smaken zich verder en krijg het stuk vlees enige stevigheid terug.<\/p>\n<p>Bereid de dag erna de Babi Pangangsaus.<\/p>\n<p>Snijd de procureur in plakken van ongeveer 1,5 cm en haal deze een keer lichtjes door de bloem.<\/p>\n<p>Verhit in een pan voldoende Olie om de plakken te kunnen onderdompelen en frituur deze tot ze mooi gekleurd en knapperig zijn. Sla de plakken hierna mals met de achterkant van het keukenbijl en snijd er vervolgens 1,5 cm brede repen van.
